Overview

Judgmatic and WageCents are AI-powered products built on the same underlying technology, serving adjacent but distinct audiences within legal and payroll workflows. Judgmatic translates complex legal language into clear, business-friendly insight, while WageCents applies that same intelligence to payroll accuracy and compliance. The challenge was to create a cohesive brand architecture that could support multiple products while allowing each to communicate its specific value clearly.

Approach

I designed a scalable umbrella brand system rooted in clarity, trust, and forward progress. The visual strategy focused on creating a shared foundation of color, typography, layout principles, and component logic, while allowing each product to express its own role within the ecosystem.

The system blends cues from technology, mindfulness, and movement to humanize AI-driven tools and reduce friction in high-stakes workflows. Strategic differentiation was achieved through tonal hierarchy, emphasis shifts, and secondary visual elements, enabling Judgmatic to lead with transparency and credibility, and WageCents to emphasize efficiency, precision, and operational confidence.

This modular approach ensured the brands could scale together, support future products, and remain legible across marketing, product, and sales touchpoints.
